We want you to love what you ordered, but we know plans can change. Here is the lowdown on how we handle refunds:

The 30-Day Window: You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided your order hasn't left our warehouse yet.

The "Point of No Return": Once your order is dispatched, it’s officially on its way to you! At that stage, we can no longer cancel or recall the shipment.

⭐️ Exceptions to Refunds

While we strive to be as flexible as possible, there are a few instances where we cannot offer a refund or return:

Final Sale Items: Any products marked as Final Sale are yours to keep—they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping Costs: Please note that delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Older Orders: We cannot offer reshipments or refunds for any orders where the tracking information is more than 3 months old.

📦 Missing or Lost Orders

Refund Eligibility:

0–2 Months: Requests for partial refunds are reviewed individually.

Post-2 Months: All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Access: Your membership benefits and access to the FaithBooksStories Club will remain active through the conclusion of your final paid billing cycle.

📦 Shipping Logistics

At FaithBooksStories, we prioritize reliable fulfillment. Please note our standard processing procedures:

Fulfillment Window: Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Daily Cutoff: The processing cycle begins the next business day for any orders submitted after 1:00 PM EST.

Operating Days: Processing and dispatch occur Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays (subject to change during peak promotions).

🚚 Shipping Across the U.S.

Once your order has been processed, here’s how long it typically takes to reach your doorstep:

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 15–25 business days.

Stay Updated: As soon as your package hits the road, we’ll send a confirmation via email or text with your tracking number.

Tracking Note: Please give the carrier about 24 hours to update their system once you receive your code.

Delivery Days: Packages are generally delivered Monday through Saturday, depending on your local carrier.

We love our global community! Here is what you need to know about ordering from outside the U.S.:

Shipping & Costs: Delivery times and rates vary by location. You’ll see your exact shipping total at checkout before you pay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that any import fees, taxes, or customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: While we do our best to ensure a smooth journey, FaithBooksStories is not responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections.

Refused Shipments: If a package is denied entry or refused, we can issue a refund once the items are returned to us. Please note that shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Before Fulfillment: We can easily update your details if our team hasn't started packing your order yet.

Once Shipped: If your order is already on its way, we’re unable to change the address on our end. 

❌ Order Cancellations

To ensure your favorites reach you as fast as possible, our team begins processing orders immediately. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please take a moment to double-check your cart, shipping address, and payment details before completing your purchase.
